Exchange Policy


For Exchange:

  •  Contact us at feedback@baggitindia.com and let us know which product(s) would you like (specify the color & style) in exchange for your original purchase.
  • Send us the bag(s) in perfect condition, packed using the original packing material, Including the invoice & MRP tags & warranty card.
  • Tag & bill intact to the piece is mandatory
  •  FOR EG:A customer is buying a gift for somebody, please ensure that you don’t cut the tag off or remove the tag but just ink out the MRP).
  •  Item(s) ordered for exchange must be in stock. In case the items are out of stock, we will process the exchange order only once the item(s) are back in stock and available to us. This can take anywhere between 10 days to a month. We will email you once your exchange order has been processed at our end and shipped to you.
  •  This exchange policy does not cover items that have been accidently damaged by you, the customer.
  •  Goods can be exchanged for goods NO cash refund.
  •  No Exchange allowed for the pieces bought during sale and also during  any promotion or discounts.
